Mrs. Arlene Perry Leggett, a resident of the Old Ford Community, U.S. Highway 17 North, Washington, died Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018, at River Trace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Washington. Arrangements will be announced by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington.
