Frances Byrum Jernigan Blanton, 82, of U.S. Highway 13 North, Windsor, died Friday, Feb. 2, 2018, at her home. A funeral service will be held Saturday, Feb. 3, 2018, at 6 p.m. at Walker Funeral Chapel. The Rev. R. O. Denton, Jr. and Andrew Dunlow will officiate. The family will receive friends following the service. Burial will be Sunday, Feb. 4, 2018, at 4 p.m. in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home of Windsor.
