KIRSTIN BRADLEY, a pharmacist at Columbia Pharmacy, volunteered her day off recently to transport several cats from the Tyrrell County Animal Shelter to Spay & Neuter Today (Dr. Don Dowty), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Kill Devil Hills that provides low-cost spay and neuter services for cats only.
