BRIAN E. WORKMAN, 28, an inmate at Tyrrell Prison Work Farm north of Columbia, was arrested Mar. 2 by the Tyrrell County Sheriff’s Office for felony possession of controlled substance on prison/jail premises, Sheriff Darryl Liverman reported. Workman had marijuana in his possession. This is the 34th inmate that has been arrested by the Sheriff’s Office since May 2017. The investigation is ongoing.
