Melvin Gray Gibbs III, 34, a resident of 324 E. 11th St., Washington, died Saturday, March 3, 2018. A memorial service will be held 4 P.M. Saturday March 10, 2018, at Alligood Church of God, officiated by Craig Godley. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 3 p.m. until the service hour at the church. Arrangements are by Joseph B. Paul Jr. Funeral Director Licensee of Washington.
