Mr. Preston Vance Koonce, Sr., 82, a former resident of Bath, died Tuesday, April 17, 2018, at River Trace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, April 20, 2018, at Pamlico Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
