Douglas A. Baker and Samantha N. Tetterton of Sneads Ferry, proudly announce the birth of a daughter, Ruby Nicole Baker, on Feb. 12, 2018, at Onslow Memorial Hospital, Jacksonville. Ruby was 9 pounds, 10 ounces, and 21 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Toby and Karen N. Tetterton of Bath. Paternal grandparents are James and Sandrine Baker of Roxbury, Connecticut.
