Requests for more information with regard to the animals appearing in Pets of the Week may be directed to shelter staff in person at the shelter during business hours or by emailing animal.control@co.beaufort.nc.us — always use the animal’s ID number.

Please note, the shelter is closed on the first Wednesday of each month for cleaning and maintenance.

Fluffy

Fabulous, fun and adorably cute as only a puppy can be, Fluffy will steal your heart. Packed with personality, this 2-month-old tan Shepherd mix loves to be showered with attention, petted and held. More than likely, Fluffy will grow to be a large girl, and she’ll do best with owner(s) willing to give her their love and attention, a good forever home, and lots of exercise in a fenced area or on a leash and obedience training suitable for her age. Fluffy’s ID is No. 0493.

Come play with this sweet puppy and her siblings — there are six altogether! All are available at the shelter.

Holly

Big, gorgeous and sweet, that’s our Holly. Listed as an American bulldog mix, she wears her shorthair brindle and white coat with its beautiful patterns to perfection. At 3 years old, Holly’s demeanor is calm, friendly and gentle. She will make a wonderful pet and do best with owner(s) willing to give her their love and attention, a good forever home, and exercise in a fenced area or on a leash. Holly’s ID is No. 0497. Come in and meet this great dog; she’s available at the shelter.
