Mrs. Geraldine Teel Basnight, 77, of 5045 N.C. Highway 32 North, Roper, died Thursday, May 31, 2018, at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 6, 2018, at Mt. Eprew Missionary Baptist Church, with the Rev. James W. Harris officiating. Burial will follow in the Basnight family cemetery. Visitation at the church from noon to 1 p.m. the day of the funeral and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
