Dr. Will Hoffman, his wife Carrie Lee, and their family were honored for their contributions in a community gathering June 18. As Tyrrell schools superintendent for three years, he initiated several unique programs, and they participated vigorously in community activities. Dr. Hoffman returns to his mountain home to become superintendent of Madison County Schools on July 1.
