N.C. Hwy 94, the main artery between Columbia and Fairfield, will be closed to all vehicular traffic July 27-30 to install a larger culvert at the South Gum Neck-Hunter Road intersection, said Ryan Shook, division project engineer. This planned replacement has been advertised through roadside message boards for more than a week.
