Caroline Riddick-Taylor, new superintendent of Tyrrell Prison Work Farm, which houses 630 male inmates in minimum custody, introduced herself to Tyrrell commissioners July 17. The Shaw University graduate in criminal justice and behavioral science has 23 years employment with the N.C. Division of Prisons.
