Mr. Charles Michael “Mike” Russ, age 64, a resident of Pantego, died Saturday, July 28, 2018, at his home. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 3, 2018, at the Chapel of Paul Funeral Home in Belhaven, conducted by Linwood Adams. Burial will be a later date. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home of Belhaven.
