Mr. Nathan W. Hooker, 91, of Washington, died Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2018. A funeral service will be held at noon on Saturday, Aug. 18, 2018, at White Plains Church Ministries, Belhaven. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at the church. Arrangements are by Congleton Funeral Home and Cremations, 3205 E. 10th St., Greenville.
