The Tyrrell County Sheriff’s Office recently collected 66.13 pounds of medications in the prescription drop box at the sheriff’s office on Main Street. The photo shows the medications after they were counted, sorted and weighed.  The medications were destroyed by incineration, said Sheriff Darryl Liverman.
