Senior breakfast a time-honored tradition at Washington High

As summer draws to a close and Beaufort County kids begin to prepare for the first day of the 2018-2019 school year, Washington High School Seniors and their parents are preparing for the WHS Annual Senior Breakfast.
This well established event is as time-honored as Homecoming, Prom or Stunt Night at Washington High School. Hosted and organized by parents and Senior Class President Claire Shepherd, the breakfast will be held in the WHS Gymnasium on the morning of Aug. 27 from 7:15 a.m. until the start of the school day.
Seniors will have the chance to meet and mingle with classmates they may have lost touch with over the summer months. DJ Butch Oliver will provide music and each senior will be wearing their very own Washington High School Senior Breakfast T-shirt, specially printed and donated for the event by Engraver’s World.
Food for senior breakfast will be provided by some of Washington’s finest restaurants, each of which has graciously donated to make the breakfast special. Seniors will be able to take pictures, selfies, and share their summer adventures.
Washington High School’s new seniors will share a great morning meal and get a fantastic start to their school year. Congratulation to the WHS class of 2019!
