Additional road closures in Beaufort County

According to the North Carolina Department of Transportation, additional roads have been closed due to flooding and downed trees and powerlines:

  • U.S. 264 in Pantego near NC-99 is closed in both directions.
  • U.S. 264 near Belhaven and NC-99 is closed in both directions.
  • Mile Road (State Road 1709) located east of Belhaven near U.S. 264 is closed in both directions.
  • Hickory Point Road (State Road 1004) located north of Aurora near NC-306 is closed in both directions.
  • NC-32 in Washington Park near Brick Kiln Road (State Road 1303) is closed in both directions.
  • McCotters Marina Road (State Road 1324) located east of Washington near State Road 1300 is closed in both directions.
  • Camp Leach Road (State Road 1334) located west of Bath near U.S. 264 is closed in both directions.
  • Herring Run Road (State Road 1110) located east of Chocowinity near Tolers Avenue (State Road 1104) is closed in both directions.
  • Tolers Avenue (State Road 1104) located east of Chocowinity is closed in both directions.
  • Marys Chapel Church Road (State Road 1932) located east of Chocowinity near Core Point Road (State Road 1100) is closed in both directions.
  • Durham Creek Lane (State Road 1955) located east of Chocowinity near Bonnerton Road (State Road 1936) is closed in both directions.
  • Hawkins Beach Road (State Road 1336) located west of Bath near Camp Leach Road (State Road 1334) is closed in both directions.
  • State Road 1730 located east of Bath near Pamlico Beach Road (State Road 1725) is closed in both directions.
  • Bay City Road (State Road 1002) near Aurora and NC-33 is closed in both directions.
  • NC-33 near Aurora and NC-306 is closed in both directions.
