According to the North Carolina Department of Transportation, portions of two additional roads have become impassable due to flooding:

• NC-92 in Bath is impassable in both directions from North Main Street to Craven Street.
• NC-99 south of Belhaven near Seed Tick Neck Road (State Road 1714) is impassable and closed in both directions.
