The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing person. Monica Woolard Godley, age 46, left Beaufort County on Sept. 4 and traveled to Pine Hall in Stokes County. She was last seen on or about Sept. 4 or 5 at a friend’s home in Pine Hall. Godley, who has not been heard from since leaving home, normally has blonde hair but dyed it auburn/ brown before leaving Beaufort County. Anyone with knowledge of the whereabouts of Monica Woolard Godley is asked to call the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office at 252-946-7111, the Stokes County Sheriff’s Office at 336-593-8130 or their local law enforcement agency.
