RESPONSIBLE STUDENTS: Congratulations to the following John Small Elementary students for earnings September’s Character Trait award for demonstrating respect and responsibility. Fourth grade students recognized were Gabby Bennett, Jamal Gardner, Leon Grimes, Kent Ha, Jahn Magana, Brandon Timpleton, Riley Toler and Michael Waters. Fifth grade students recognized were Trenton Baldree, Riley Chappell, Juan Gobellan Aleman, Jasmen Guilford, Payton McGhee and Lanaya McKinney. Matt Debnam, of the Washington Daily News, was a guest speaker for the day.
