Chuck and Selma Boucher’s driveway on Ramp Road west Columbia was awash from the overflowing canal beside their property following Hurricane Florence. Boaters going to and from Cypress Cove Marina and the Wildlife Resources Commission’s ramp use the same canal that extends from NC 94 North to the Scuppernong River.
