Trey Gurley of Goldsboro, professional engineer with McDavid Associates, Tyrrell’s utilities engineers, on Oct. 2 reported to the county commissioners that the Goat Neck sewer construction project is finished. County manager David Clegg pegged the contract cost at $2.46 million. Extensions along Newfoundland and Old 64 roads are planned.
