This house at Scottsville and Rowsom streets in Columbia, long the home of the late Nathaniel and Mary Marner, is scheduled to be torn down. After much delay, Habitat for Humanity has assured town officials it will replace the structure and find an eligible buyer, perhaps by next summer.
