Hattie Keys Daniels, 78, of 2452 Cherry Run Road, Washington, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 22, 2018. A Celebration of Life service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, at Deeper Life Ministries Church and a viewing will be held from 10 to 11 a.m., prior to service at the church. Burial will follow at Oakdale Cemetery. Arrangements are by Blake Phillips Funeral Services.
