FESTIVE DISPLAY: The Belhaven Arts Council continues its 3^rd Annual Festival of Trees this week, and the public is invited to attend. Setup began at the Wilkinson Center last week, with community members, churches and individuals setting up beautiful Christmas tree displays. This afternoon, the Arts Council will host a special performance of bells and a visit from the Grinch. The event continues daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Thursday.
