Mrs. Ruby Pearl Midyette Respass, age 71, a resident of 5437 N.C. Highway 99 North, Pantego, died Dec. 15, 2018. A memorial service will be held at Noon Saturday, Dec. 22, 2018 from the Chapel of Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington. The family will receive friends at her home, Friday, Dec. 21 and following the service at the funeral home Saturday, Dec. 22. Paul Funeral Home & Crematory is serving the Respass family.
