After his son recovered from a terrible car accident, Joseph Savage promised he would do whatever he could to better serve God. This Christmas season, Savage made good on that promise, raising money and accepts donations of Christmas turkeys and hams all of which were donated to Zion Shelter. The food was delivered on Dec. 20, with the shelter’s clients receiving 20 turkeys and 16 hams. In addition to accepting donations, Savage also sold products, held a raffle and hosted a game of “The Wheel Deal” to help raise money. Raffle winner Gricelda Alvarez won a $100 Piggy Wiggly gift card. Larry Everett won second prize, a bottle of Savage Beast Tire Shine. Savage, pictured here with Zion Shelter organizer Keith Harris, offered his thanks to all of those who participated and offered support to his mission. Savage collects donations at both Thanksgiving and Christmas.
