Ms. Romine Winston, 69, of Blounts Creek, died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2019. A Celebration of Life will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, 2019, at St. John OFW Baptist Church, Blounts Creek. Arrangements are by Congleton Funeral Home and Cremations, 3205 E. 10th St., Greenville.
