Arlene Manning, 83, of Charlie Manning Road, Bethel, died Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2019, at Vidant Inpatient Hospice in Greenville. A funeral service will be held Saturday, Jan. 19, 2019, at noon in the Bethel United Methodist Church. Rev. Dennis Peay will officiate. The family will receive friends at the church one hour before the service, from 11 a.m. until noon. Burial will follow the service in the Bethel Cemetery. Arrangements are by Walker’s Ayers Chapel.
