Joan Carol Smith Gee, 73, of Plymouth, died Feb. 4, 2019. A funeral service will be held Sunday, Feb. 10, 2019, at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Missionary Church, Hertford. Viewing will be one hour prior to service. Arrangements are by Mitchell Funeral Care and Cremations, Elizabeth City.
