Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Spring Garden Missionary Baptist Church 529 Gladden St. in Washington. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. on Friday March 1, 2018 at Leon Randolph Memorial Chapel, 208 W. MLK Jr. Dr., Washington.
