Jeffery Lee Phelps, 55, of Roper, died Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at Chesapeake Regional Hospital in Chesapeake, Virginia. A funeral service will be held Saturday, June 8, 2019, at 2 p.m. at Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth, with Rev. Royce Reynolds officiating. Family will receive friends on Friday, June 7, 2019, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Maitland Funeral Home and other times at the residence. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth.
