Mr. Phillip Edward Webb, 67, a resident of 640 St. Lewis Road, Macclesfield, died Tuesday, July 9, 2019, at Vidant Inpatient Hospice in Greenville. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, July 13, 2019, at Pinetops Baptist Church in Pinetops. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday prior to the service in the church fellowship hall and other times at his home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington.
