ROPER — Mary Alverdia Bagley Griffin, 85, of Roper died Monday, June 10, 2019, at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, June 15, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Scuppernong Church of Christ with Cleve Edwards officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Family will receive friends on Friday, June 14, 2019 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Scuppernong Church of Christ and other times at the residence.
