PLYMOUTH — Washington County Hospital will be hosting onsite N.C. High School Athletic Association sport pre-participation examination screenings at the hospital’s Outpatient Nursing department Friday from 8 a.m. to noon on a first come, first served basis. This is a free community outreach service for the families in the surround region. Outpatient Nursing department entrance and parking is in the rear of the hospital near the Emergency Department entrance. PPE Examination forms can be obtained at www.nchsaa.org. The hospital is located at 958 U.S. Highway 64 East, Plymouth.
