Mr. James Earl “Sam” Dixon, 84, a resident of Chesson Dixon Lane, Big Swamp community, Washington, died Sunday, Aug. 18, 2019, at his home. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 22, 2019, from the Chapel of Paul Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery.
