Pamlico Joe and Clean Water Flow will perform at the 28th Annual Scuppernong River Festival, Saturday, October 12, 2019. The duo will perform classic acoustic songs from the 50s through the 80s that will appeal to all ages. The day-long street festival will include music and entertainment throughout the day as well as food, arts and crafts vendors, helicopter rides, children’s amusements, the Main Street Parade sponsored by First National Bank. There will be fireworks over the Scuppernong River at nightfall, sponsored by the Tyrrell County Tourism Development Authority.
