Edwin “Ted” Starkey Hall III, 77, a resident of 708 E. Fifth St., Washington, died at his home on Friday, Nov. 15, 2019. A Celebration of Life service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, 2019, at the First Christian Church in Greenville, officiated by Rev. Andrew Shue. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Arrangements are by Joseph B. Paul, Jr. Funeral Director Licensee of Washington.
