Stephen Amos Parker, 68, of Newport, passed away on Nov. 6, 2019, at Cherry Point Bay Nursing and Rehabilitation in Havelock. Stephen is survived by two daughters, Kelly Rebecca Parker, of Greenville, and Amanda Jayne Parker, of Chocowinity; four brothers, Raymond Earl Parker, of Elizabeth City, Jimmy Parker, of New Bern, Joey Parker, of Pitt County, and Robert Parker, of Las Vegas, Nevada; sister, Silvia Powell, of Bridgeton; and two grandchildren, Aryahna and Soren.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
