FOR A CAUSE: Nancy Brickhouse, owner of Southern Acres of Bath, presents a check for $9,550 to the Shepard Cancer Foundation. Southern Acres of Bath, the Brickhouse family, as well as friends and neighbors from Bath and surrounding areas, raised money to support the Shepard Cancer Foundation with an event: dinner and live music for a cause on Saturday, Oct. 12 at Southern Acres. The event included a pig pickin’ and live music featuring Gary Braddy. The Brickhouse family and others involved have been impacted by cancer and wanted to do something to raise money to support local cancer patients.
