ON PARADE: MacKenzie Rouse, daughter of Robbie and Jane Rouse, of Washington, will be performing in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City on Nov. 28. She is a dance student, under the direction of LeAnne Jones-Braly, at Dance Works and also in Centerstage Dance Company. In the Star Talent Regional Dance Competition, she was awarded the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and Dance Intensive Scholarship, Nov. 22-29. While there, MacKenzie will stay very busy taking dance classes, attending a Broadway show and other scheduled events. (Leanne Jones-Braly)
