Mr. Johnnie Mayhue Wiggins, 86, a resident of 179 Chandler Road, Vanceboro, died Monday, Dec. 2, 2019, at his home. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5, 2019, at Union Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in Chocowinity. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery, Washington. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2019, at Union Chapel Free Will Baptist Church and other times at the home.
