Winners abound in Belhaven Christmas contests

While the town’s annual Christmas parade was the main event in Belhaven last weekend, there were a number of celebrations and competitions throughout the town, including an Ugly Christmas Sweater contest, a coloring and drawing contest and a chili/chowder cookoff. In addition, the Belhaven Celebration Committee gave away four bikes to kids who visited the old Belhaven Town Hall on Saturday. The following participants received awards during the festivities.
