Rosalind Alexander Popov, 81, died Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2019. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2020, at 11 a.m. at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church in Roper, with Rev. Biggs officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove UMC cemetery. Arrangements are by Bryan Funeral Service at Hampton Academy, Plymouth.
