Mr. Charles J. Moore Sr., 90, a resident of Washington, died Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2020, at his home. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2020, at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Washington. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, Jan. 20, 2020, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory and other times at the home.
