Mr. Charlie Stafford Rhines, 94, of 324 Mount Pleasant Road, Creswell, died Feb. 1, 2020, at Vidant Chowan Hospital, Edenton. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, 2020, at Toodle’s Chapel, with Pastor Pete Whitehurst officiating. Burial will follow in Jerusalem Cemetery in Creswell. The family will be receiving friends from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. Friday at Toodle’s Chapel and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
