From the Bath Fest committee

Pirates will once again walk the streets of historic Bath on May 16, for the 15th-annual Bath Fest. Through living history, you can step back in time to recreate the time the notorious villain Blackbeard and his crew of scalawags called Bath home.

The days’ events hold much history and promise great fun as The Loose Cannon Company occupies Bonner’s Point with their authentic interpretation of The Golden Age of Piracy with a heavy dose of humor. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. art meets history as arts and craft vendors line the streets selling their original works, artwork from K-8 Bath Elementary School students is on display, and local entertainers showcase their talents. Local civic groups will sell food.

If you would like to learn more about Bath Fest or you are an artist or crafter interested in selling your original works at Bath Fest 2020, please visit www.bathfest.com. The vendors tab has a link to information and a vendor application form. Bath Fest is also on Facebook and Instagram as #bathfestnc.
