Mrs. Gladys Mae Dixon Winstead, 97, a resident of Washington, died Sunday, Feb. 16, 2020, at River Trace Nursing & Rehabilitation. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, 2020, in the chapel of Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington. Burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21, 2020, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
