To the Editor:

Just read your editorial, “How to keep the local economy alive …”  We learned yesterday about the idea to purchase a gift card from a local restaurant and were wondering how to promote that idea to the Beaufort County community. We don’t use Facebook, Twitter or any social media platform. Then I saw your article and you did it for us. We will be doing this and hope others will follow suit.
