PLYMOUTH — Harrison Waylon Phelps, 86, of Plymouth died Saturday, April 11, 2020, at his residence in Plymouth after a long battle with cancer and heart disease.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Cards will be appreciated at PO Box 982, Plymouth. Memorial gifts to Masonic Home For Children, 600 College Street, Oxford or charity of choice. Family requests at this time no food, flowers or visits.
